Purchase and Next Steps
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email titled “PCT Consulting Solutions Next Steps.” This email will contain a link to a short online questionnaire (it takes just 90 seconds!) and a link to schedule your resume consultation. The questionnaire responses will help your writer prepare for your consultation.
Consultation Call
You’ll have an in-depth phone conversation with your resume expert to discuss your career goals and expand on your questionnaire answers. Your preparation for this call is crucial as it sets the foundation for your new resume.
Resume Draft
Using the information from your consultation and our expertise, we will create a personalized resume draft and send it to you within three business days.
Review and Revisions
You’ll have the chance to review the draft and request changes. While we suggest providing feedback within 24-48 hours, you have up to seven calendar days to share your comments. Our service includes two rounds of revisions for all resume levels.
Final Resume
Receive your polished, professional resume in both PDF and Word formats!
Additional Services
If you opted for additional services like a cover letter, LinkedIn profile, interview prep, or career coaching, we will start working on these once your resume is finalized.
